FURNITURE SERVICES
This service involves someone from our design team assisting our clients in selecting and purchasing furniture pieces and decor items that complement their design style, needs, and budget.
The service can include sourcing furniture from a variety of manufacturers, selecting items that fit the space and desired aesthetic, and handling the ordering and delivery process. Furniture buying services can be customized to the client's needs and can include everything from selecting a few key pieces to furnishing an entire home or space. This service is designed to save clients time, reduce stress, and ensure that their home is beautifully furnished and functional. To give you an idea of what to expect, we’ve outlined our design process below:
PHASE 1
DESIGN CREATION
We'll begin with an initial meeting to discuss your design style, budget, and take measurements of your space. With this information, we'll develop a personalized floor plan and select furniture and decor pieces that fit within your budget. We'll provide samples as necessary and present you with a digital file containing a complete design for your space. Each item will be linked, allowing you to spend as much time as you need considering each piece. From there, you can choose to order the furniture yourself or have us handle it for you (Phase 2). If you'd like to revise the design, we can certainly accommodate those changes.
It's important to note that some higher-end manufacturers only sell to designers, not directly to customers. In this case, we'll need to place the order(s) for you during Phase 2.
As for the amount of design time required, it depends on the scope of your project and the size of your space. For an average-sized, empty room (approximately 250 sq ft), we typically estimate around 12-15 hours for Phase 1.
PHASE 2
EXECUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION
Once you approve the design package from Phase 1, we will move forward with Phase 2: Making it Real. This involves ordering all the designated furniture and decor items from the approved list and scheduling their delivery.
PHASE 3
BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Finally, the installation process brings all the elements of your stunning design together! Our team of designers will be available to style your room and transform it into the dream space you've always wanted. In order to complete the process, we may need to coordinate with movers or subcontractors to arrange furniture, hang draperies and artwork, and other practical tasks. We can help arrange these services or provide you with direct referrals. We can also take on all the work for you with our Turnkey Services. We will receive, assemble, and place any furniture pieces that are a part of your design.
